Late Summer Night testo

Testo

Late summer night.
I hear two lovers
through the window
talking close to my door.
And though it´s ordinary
they had never caught my mind
like they did tonight
carring me to another time.
Late summer night
the air is full of sounds
but I feel bound by something
inside.
It seems to matter now
to watch her moves
joking about the face she pulls
trying to hide our looks...
We never cared about
the things to do.
Nothing but our love.
So I can´t lie now.
And I´m sorry for my changing mood.
But I can´t lie now
don´t you let me be misunderstood.
Summer time is going by
and my mind is feeling
so confused.
I remember last time.
Undecided words
but we felt sure.
Wonder if she thinks it over.
Somewhere if she´s looking
at this late summer night.
